Travel, at least by Air has a way of messing with your head. It is a classical hurry up and wait situation. Hurry to the airport so you can check in THREE HOURS ahead of the flight. Get in line to check in. Hurry through security. Be sure you are at your gate in time. All that hurry means that you are to your international gate thirty five minutes after you get to the airport, or two and a half hours before my flight leaves.
Then you are told that the flight is delayed by an hour (55 minutes to be exact) and you are welcome to sit in the gate area and wait.
If there weren't a close supply of Timmy's coffee near by... Well it may be best to not even speculate. :-)
I am going to deeply miss several things, Timmy's coffee, family, my own bed to name a few (though not, I admit, in that order!)
